**Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart.** **The Opportunity** As a Product Manager, you will shape the foundation of our Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI) stack, our core hypervisor (AHV) and our virtual machine features. AHV powers 82% of customer workloads at Nutanix and is central to our hybrid multi-cloud strategy. This role is pivotal in driving the roadmap areas for both AHV and for End User Computing (EUC) solutions, including being the product management lead for our strategic partnerships with Citrix and Omnissa. You’ll lead product strategy, define key features, and collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver a world-class experience for our customers. Additionally, there may be occasional travel requirements for team meetings, conferences, or client engagements, which will provide you with opportunities to connect with colleagues and partners across different locations. **Your Role** + Define and execute the product roadmap for AHV feature areas with direct owned focus on VDI use cases. + Drive product strategy and integration with Citrix, Omnissa, and other EUC partners. + Own and evolve Nutanix’s SKUs and pricing for EUC workloads. + Conduct regular customer research to gather insights and translate them into actionable product requirement documents.. + Collaborate with engineering, program management, support, and marketing to drive roadmap execution. + Track and report on key product KPIs and adoption metrics. + Evangelize AHV and EUC solutions internally and externally through enablement, collateral, and executive briefings. + Lead competitive research and influence industry benchmarks and analyst perspectives. + Support field teams with pre-sales and post-sales engagements to ensure customer success. **What You Will Bring** + 5+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, virtualization, or EUC domains. + Strong understanding of VMware/Broadcom, other hypervisors, Citrix, Omnissa, Azure Virtual Desktop, or AWS Workspaces. + Experience building enterprise-grade products with a focus on performance, scalability, and customer experience. + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority. + Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences. + Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a bias for action. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with hypervisors, converged platforms, or cloud-native infrastructure. + Familiarity with servers, GPUs and VM sizing for EUC workloads. + Demonstrated success in influencing industry standards and benchmarks. + Passion for building products that power real-world, high-impact use cases. **Work Arrangement** Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 156,000 and USD $ 310,800 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
