Role description:

The Senior Product Manager is a strategic leader, responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital B2B applications within the asset management domain. Acting as the voice of the customer and the business, the Senior Product Manager translates complex needs into clear priorities and actionable plans, ensuring our product delivers tangible value and competitive differentiation.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, data specialists, and stakeholders across the organization. By continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement, you will play a pivotal role in advancing both our product and our company’s vision to increase the quality of life and sustainability in the built environment.

You will be responsible for the future of Arcadis Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) which is an advanced digital platform designed for asset-intensive organizations, enabling them to make confident, data-driven investment decisions. Utilizing sophisticated analytics and scenario modeling, the platform allows organizations to optimize resource allocation, balance cost, risk, and performance, and visualize the short- and long-term impacts of various investment strategies. By leveraging the insights generated through EDA, organizations can justify funding, prioritize critical assets, and ultimately maximize the value and lifecycle of their infrastructure portfolios.

Role accountabilities:

In this role you will be expected to:

Lead an empowered, cross-functional product team to deliver innovative solutions that maximize customer and business value. Own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, inspiring both the team and stakeholders around a shared purpose. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic investments. Engage directly with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges, validate hypotheses, and ensure product-market fit. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure product success, iterating based on feedback and analytics. Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in growing digital products within B2B or enterprise environments. Demonstrated track record of leading and developing high-performing product teams, with an ability to articulate and execute on a clear product vision. Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments, managing diverse stakeholder groups. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a natural curiosity to explore new technologies and business opportunities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing at all organizational levels. Background or familiarity with asset management or decision-support tools is an advantage.
