Salary: £70,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break
Work model: Remote with visits to client sites as needed

Senior Product Manager – Enterprise SaaS (Legal, IB, PE)
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help build a new enterprise SaaS product, initially focused on the legal, investment banking, and private equity sectors.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the product vision and roadmap, leading delivery across cross-functional teams, and ensuring our solution meets the high standards of global professional services firms. As an AI-powered product, you’ll work closely with our data science team to explore how we can scale a world-class enterprise solution in a complex and evolving sector.
This is a strategic and visible role, working directly with engineering, data science, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and senior leadership — and engaging with some of the most prestigious firms in the world.
Beyond strategy and leadership, this role is hands-on and collaborative. You’ll work closely across teams, take a proactive approach to delivery, and remain adaptable when challenges arise.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise SaaS solutions in Legal, IB, and PE sectors.Ensure solutions meet sector-specific requirements for scale, security, compliance, and user experience.Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape within professional services.Product Development & Delivery
Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver innovative, high-value features, including AI-driven capabilities.Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.Balance long-term strategic goals with short-term delivery priorities.Go-to-Market & Commercialisation
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to define value propositions, pricing models, and product positioning.Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, toolkits, and client engagement resources.Represent the product in client meetings, pitches, and demos.Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Provide clear, concise product updates to executive leadership.Build strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and support adoption.Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience scaling enterprise SaaS products in Legal, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related professional services sectors.Demonstrated success leading the full product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap to delivery and optimisation.Understanding of sector-specific security, compliance, and integration requirements.Strong commercial awareness — skilled in defining go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing).Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative — a self-starter who thrives in both execution and strategy.Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and major enterprise clients.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.Familiarity with agile delivery practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product features in a commercial context.
