Senior Product Manager

This role is pivotal in driving the strategic use of marketing technology to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences across channels. As a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will steer the Martech product roadmap, prioritize epics and features, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing automation capabilities that align with business goals. **Key Responsibilities** + Act a Martech Product Owner, managing the product backlog and roadmap for Adobe Campaign and AJO initiatives. + Collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams to define and deliver customer journey initiatives. + Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications. + Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos in an Agile environment. + Ensure platform capabilities are fully leveraged to support segmentation, targeting, personalization, and reporting. + Monitor and optimize campaign performance and platform usage. + Stay current with Martech trends and Adobe platform updates to drive innovation. **Required Skills & Experience** + Proven experience as a Product Owner or Martech Consultant in a complex, data-driven environment. + Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). + Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), segmentation, and omnichannel marketing. + Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally or Azure DevOps. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. **Desirable Qualifications** + Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industries. + Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g. Adobe Analytics, AEP, Workfront) and PEGA. + Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) **Additional information** As part of our dedication to an inclusive and diverse workforce, Publicis Sapient is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity without regard for race, color, national origin, ethnicity, gender, protected veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion.
