Senior Product Manager
Acxiom is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead adoption, enablement and optimization efforts across our Interact platform. As a key member within the Product team, you will drive platform consistency, user enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Interact delivers exceptional value to internal users and external SaaS clients. This is a unique opportunity to influence one of Acxiom’s most critical platforms at scale. **What You Will Do:** Enablement Leadership + Partner with Product leadership to define and execute enablement strategies that increase adoption and drive measurable outcomes. + Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) to design scalable onboarding and training programs that address knowledge gaps and accelerate time-to-value. + Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent communication of new features and platform enhancements. Platform Consistency & User Experience + Serve as a steward of platform consistency by aligning user experience, design language, and functional accessibility across Interact consoles (e.g., Brand Console, Design Console). + Identify and standardize common UX elements, partnering with UX designers and product managers to create a seamless user journey. Insight-Driven Optimization + Create and leverage platform usage analytics, user feedback, surveys, and A/B tests to uncover friction points and opportunities for improvement. + Translate insights into prioritized feature recommendations and roadmap updates in partnership with product and engineering teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration + Act as the connective tissue across Product, Client Delivery, UX, Marketing, and Sales to drive cohesive product readiness and enablement across global teams. + Contribute to go-to-market alignment by developing enablement collateral and training materials that reinforce product positioning. Community & Support Ecosystem + Support L&D in developing rich learning resources such as tutorials, videos, and in-platform guidance tailored to various user personas. + Help grow a strong Interact user community and advocate program across IPG Mediabrands and external SaaS clients. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus. + 5+ years of experience in product management, product enablement, or platform strategy, preferably with SaaS based products, AdTech, or marketing technology platforms. + Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives, improving platform adoption, and influencing product roadmaps through user insights. + Strong analytical and communication skills with an ability to translate complexity into clarity. + Experience with user research, A/B testing, analytics platforms, and dashboard tools. + Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization. **Primary Location City/State:** Homebased - Conway, Arkansas **Additional Locations (if applicable):** Acxiom is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status (EOE/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, protected veteran, military status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics or other protected status.
