Ford Credit is searching for a Senior Product Manager, who will build, develop and implement renewal data products and experiences that our customers across Europe will love. These experiences will have the power to transform our relationship with our customers. You will be responsible for owning key features or whole product areas, delivering these to market, measuring their success and then pushing for their continual improvement. The minimum requirements we seek:
5+ years’ experience working with digital data-oriented products in a digital product team.Proven experience in product management in the remit of ‘back-end’ digital services in a software or tech company, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Proficiency in handling back-end applications, including comprehensive understanding of data flows, APIs, and dependencies within the tech stack, both internally and externallyExperience collaborating within a matrixed team setup (including offshore engineering teams); effectively influencing and coordinating across various digital product services.An excellent communicator with the ability to articulate and advocate for the product vision and strategy, especially in and across back-end digital services.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products (front or back-end or both) throughout their lifecycle.Technically proficient with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education.Our preferred requirements:

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.

As a Senior Product Manager, Renewals you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery and growth of innovative digital solutions across key customer segments across Europe. You'll work with other product managers, engineers (remote) and product designers in a complex and matrixed environment whilst contributing to the roadmap of your area. You’ll be expected to:

Lead the discovery, development and implementation of AI-powered solutions to automate renewal processes, personalize customer communications, and improve renewal conversion rates. Align with the overall business strategy to identify critical business and customer problems related to renewals, collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodologies to ensure impactful and timely product releases. Identify and champion opportunities to automate manual renewal and data processes, reducing operational costs, improving efficiency and freeing up resources for strategic initiatives.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the product renewal teams performance, creating dashboards and reports to monitor progress and identify areas for further investigation. Demonstrate strategic thinking by analysing problems, identifying potential opportunities, and framing challenges in a way that enables the team to develop effective solutions. Continuously evaluate the performance of implemented solutions using quantitative and qualitative methods ensuring they effectively address the intended customer problems and measurable results.
