Responsibilities:

Lead product strategy, discovery, and development for complex initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps.Engage with executives, presenting insights, strategies, and progress updates.Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure project success and identify new opportunities.Translate intricate concepts into tangible artifacts and actionable product strategies.

Comfort working alongside engineers and architects to assess technical trade-offs, prioritize platform improvements, and align product strategy with technical realitiesTrack record of translating complex business rules, policy requirements, or regulatory constraints into usable digital workflows and intuitive product experiencesStrong product mindset including hypothesis driven development and data-driven resultsUser-centered thinking and ability to collaborate with engineering teamsStrategic road mapping and prioritizationAgile methodologies and practicesDay-to-day backlog and delivery managementData-driven decision makingStakeholder management and communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMust have expert level Product Management experience within large scale publicly facing software platformsMust have demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategy for large scale, publicly facing, software platformsMust be able to effectively communicate product strategy to high level executivesMust have extensive experience in product managementProven ability to manage full product lifecycles from discovery to deliveryStrong leadership and communication skills, adept at stakeholder managementAnalytical mindset with a focus on user-centric approachesMust be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust 6C
