The Role
This role will be working within the Fraud Prevention team in our Merchant Operations Group. The Fraud Prevention team plays a critical role in protecting the integrity of the GoCardless platform by building systems that prevent and detect merchant fraud before it impacts our business or our customers.The Fraud Prevention Senior Product Manager will work closely with the team’s Engineers and Fraud Analysts to lead product and systems improvements that strengthen our fraud defences. You’ll focus on enhancing signals, automating controls, and reducing false positives without introducing unnecessary friction. You’ll also collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure our fraud prevention capabilities scale with the business and support a seamless customer experience.

Problem discovery and prioritisation: Taking complex, ambiguous issues - such as evolving fraud tactics - and structuring clear, impactful solutions.
