The Growth Product Payments team within Streaming’s Global Product & design Organization builds and operates product and features that drive acquisition and retention for our direct-to-consumer streaming brands.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of a next-generation payments platform that powers seamless and secure payment experiences for our global streaming audiences on Max and Discovery Plus.  In this critical role, you will define and deliver an innovative payment solution, expanding support for emerging payment methods, optimize processing, and ensure operational excellence across international markets.

You’ll lead a cross functional team including engineers, designers, data scientists, legal, and finance stakeholders, collaborating to deliver high-performance payment capabilities that delight customers and support our growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise in the payments domain to optimize payment processing, improve customer experience and unlock new revenue opportunities through new payment features, globally.

Leverage a combination of internal and external data, such as market research, customer insights, competitor analysis and industry trends to identify business opportunities, building a strategy and roadmap that drives innovation, enhances customer experience and stays ahead of market demands.

Own decision-making process for the payment roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives and clearly communicating trade-offs and progress to stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, data science, engineering and other stakeholders to define requirements for new payment features.

Partner with engineering teams to drive and execute the payment strategy, managing the end-to-end process from ideation to delivery.

Develop and monitor success metrics for key payment initiatives and ongoing operational health to enable data-driven decisions.

Oversee the development and launch of payment features for local and global markets, working closely with engineering provide clarity, answer questions, and manage tradeoffs to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

5+yrs of experience in product management with a focus on direct-to-consumer subscription payments.

Able to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions and geographies.

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage colleagues and influence stakeholders, including Sr Leadership.

An understanding of payment infrastructure, including end-to-end flow of money movement across acquiring, issuing, settlement and reconciliation processes.

Experience working with global payments and APM’s for a subscription business.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $119,700.00 - $222,300.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
