Senior Product Manager

What you can expect

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of partner-facing interfaces and experiences. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to design seamless, intuitive, and scalable experiences that empower our partners to integrate, operate, and grow with our platform. You will own the roadmap for all partner touch-points, from APIs and portals to dashboards and onboarding workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, UX, platform APIs, and external developer enablement.

About the team

You’ll be joining a high-impact team at the heart of Zoom’s commerce platform strategy, shaping the experiences that power our global commercial partner ecosystem.  From partner portals and APIs to onboarding and dashboards, we create the tools that help partners scale with us.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and roadmap for partner-facing tools such as onboarding portals, dashboards, and integration workflows

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and external partners to deliver impactful experiences across the partner lifecycle

Develop APIs, SDKs, self-service tools, documentation, and UI/UX components that partners use to integrate and operate with Zoom

Improve partner experience through research, analytics, usability testing, and feedback loops

Advocate for partner needs internally and represent their voice in product planning and prioritization

Define and monitor KPIs to measure success—such as time-to-launch, NPS, partner retention, and error reduction

Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and feature specs

Drive product delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams

Ensure a consistent, accessible, and high-quality experience across all partner touch points (web, API, documentation, etc.)

What we’re looking for

Have 8+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on platform, developer, or B2B user experiences

Demonstrate a track record of successfully leading complex, technical product initiatives

Bring familiarity with API design, integration workflows, or external developer platforms

Apply understanding of UX principles, especially in cross-functional or partner-driven workflows

Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate across engineering, design, support, and go-to-market teams

Operate comfortably in ambiguous environments and make data-informed decisions

Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, or similar to manage and deliver work

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
