We are looking for candidates to drive products, platforms and programs that help defend Microsoft services against cyber adversaries. In this role, you will partner with product teams across Microsoft, security and compliance teams, and other PMs within the organization. You will have end-to-end ownership of specific product modules and will be responsible for creating the roadmap, managing backlog, driving product/feature adoption and working with various stakeholders to improve the security of Microsoft services.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive the vision, roadmap, and metrics for product components/features that you own
- Write detailed requirements, including UX mockups wherever applicable, for the features/components that you own
- Create go-to-market plans for driving feature/product adoption
- Provide regular updates to the leadership on various KPIs, Objectives & Key Results
- Drive security governance programs
- Work with product security & compliance teams for the features/components that you own
- Work in a culture of continuous improvement, adaptation, reflection, and growth
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years' experience in engineering, product management, product development OR equivalent experience
- Ability to break-down complex technical problems and work with multiple stakeholders across the company to solve them
- Ruthless prioritization skills
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Data-driven decision-making capability
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in engineering, product management, product development OR equivalent experience
- Ability to break-down complex technical problems and work with multiple stakeholders across the company to solve them
- Ruthless prioritization skills - Understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience in working on large-scale, mission-critical technology products
- Experience in driving governance programs
