Senior Product Manager
**We're hiring a Senior Product Manager for SteelSeries!** As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in managing the growth and evolution of our DTC/eCommerce experience. If you're motivated by data-driven product development, thrive in collaborative teams, and are motivated by evolving environments, we’d like to meet you. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Translate Business Needs:** Convert business requirements into actionable functional specifications for development teams, crafting well-defined and testable user stories. + **Manage Product Development:** Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals. + **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with developers and designers to conceptualize ideas, initiatives, or data insights into deliverable iterations, emphasizing experimentation and rapid iteration. + **Run Experiments:** Conduct A/B and multivariate tests at scale, leveraging results to make swift, data-informed decisions that enhance product performance. + **Define Success Metrics:** Establish KPIs and success metrics to track product impact and performance, ensuring continuous improvement. + **Update Product Roadmaps:** Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on business priorities and technical insights. + **Stakeholder Communication:** Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure product alignment and address any concerns. **Requirements:** + **Analytical Skills:** Proficient analytical abilities capable of using data to forecast outcomes, inform decisions, evaluate outcomes, and optimize product performance. + **Growth Product Management Experience:** Solid understanding of experimentation and funnel optimization, with experience in growth product management. + **Communication Skills:** Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of negotiating at multiple organizational levels while balancing technical and business perspectives. + **Technical Acumen:** Comfortable navigating technical discussions with engineers and translating abstract ideas into concrete deliverables. + **Documentation Skills:** Ability to draft clear documentation, from high-level epics to detailed functional requirements in user stories. + **Experimentation Specialist:** Enjoys experimentation, knows when to iterate quickly, and understands the balance between user research and product intuition. + **Collaborative Spirit:** Enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and sharing results. + **Meticulous Attention to Detail:** Extremely high attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of work. + **Motivated to take initiative on** projects, propose new ideas, and implement processes. + **Direct Communication Style:** Comfortable with direct communication and receiving feedback in day-to-day interactions.
