The Senior Product Manager will take a lead role in expanding Amex GBT Air Marketplace and NDC capabilities, ensuring the right content including ancillaries is available across all channels, taking ownership of the whole customer journey, from shopping and booking, to fulfillment, servicing and duty of care. You will work collaboratively across Product teams, Technology, Operations, Finance, Supply and broader Amex GBT partners to build and execute our product delivery strategy. You have a strategic attitude and should be proficient in strategic business models and approaches.

We are looking for an impactful Product Manager to join our Air Marketplace Solutions team. Our team aims to be the industry leader in Air and NDC, offer best in class online and offline experiences, and deliver on the AmexGBT value proposition. What will you do on a typical day:

Work across Product, Technology and Operations teams to drive execution and delivery of world class products.Partner with strong technical teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions.Research industry and competitive trends to help inform our rollout strategy.Envision business objectives, opportunities and develop product roadmaps.Develop and evangelize an understanding of our business traveler pain points and aspirations.Lead the execution of products from inception through deployment.Use data and judgement to craft our strategy and define clear roadmaps.Deliver on our roadmap by prioritizing for maximum impact.Catalyst of change that can influence the broader organization and community of Amex GBT leaders.Anticipate delivery risks and manage trade-offs.Collaborative leader who builds a constructive working culture across Product, Technology and Operations.Rigorously execute on experiments and measure outcomes.Build relationships and make transparent decisions with diverse teams.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or Masters in a related field; or Equivalent related professional experience6+ years of software product management experience, ideally in B2B3+ years in the airline industry working with a GDS, airline, content aggregator, online travel agency, or similarNative GDS skills with Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport is a plusA proven executor, with the ability to deliver products that customers value and loveExperienced with current Agile practices and frameworksBring a Can-Do Attitude that is flexible, creative, energetic and collaborativeExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, technical and non-technical business partners to achieve product management excellenceKnowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in Travel Management industry.Business oriented, analytical and problem-solving oriented mindsetYou are a team player, but you are also able to work independentlyEnglish fluency is a must
