We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our traditional thermostat portfolio from our St. Louis, MO location. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and product roadmap to drive both sales and profitability.
You will develop deep expertise in our customers, their needs, the jobs they're trying to accomplish, and the challenges they face. Your insights will guide product decisions and help us deliver meaningful, user-centric solutions for the residential and light commercial markets.

As a Senior Product Manager, You Will:
Own the vision, strategy, and portfolio management
Team leadership, goal establishmen,t and measurement of progress
Product discovery and experimentation (“should we build it?”)
Product requirements and prioritization of development work
Ongoing sustaining activities around product modifications and customer issues
Project management
Pricing and customer acquisition support
Deep knowledge of the industry
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, marketing or business
3-5 years of experience with product management
Ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks
Demonstrate the ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, operations, sales, or marketing
Knowledge of product discovery and the ability to structure a test plan to validate/invalidate assumptions
Experience with the implementation of growth, new business development, and marketing initiatives that lead to stronger market penetration
Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
MBA preferred.
Experience in the launch of multiple B2B/B2C products.
Experience in consumer-facing businesses.
Experience working with multi-step distribution.
Experience working with engineers who build physical devices.
Experience in a sales or marketing role.
2 + years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
Expertise in tools for building conceptual product models, wireframes, and interactive low-fidelity product prototypes to communicate product vision.
Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
