Senior Product Manager

Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Hybrid-three days in office per week and two days work from home

 

This Senior Product Manager position is part of the CSC Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Function reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.  As the Senior Product Manager, you will manage CSC’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, ensuring it supports global finance and business operations.  You’ll drive system improvements, data governance, and user training, working closely with finance, technology teams and leadership. 

 

Some of the things you will be doing:

Own and evolve the Oracle EPM platform roadmap. Guide application implementations from discovery through hypercare. Manage financial data workflows and system processes.  Ensure smooth data integration between corporate Finance and business units. Govern, develop and enhance business rules, reports and metadata.  Lead requirement gathering and process improvements.  Provide user training and support on SmartView and reporting tools.  Collaborate with stakeholders across global finance and technology.  Lead key organizational change management activities & communications. 

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or IT (MBA is a plus) Experience: 7+ years of experience managing financial systems (Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Essbase) Technical Skills: Excel (VBA preferred), SQL, metadata governance, automation  Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, process improvement mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Self-motivated and proven record of executing deliverables effectively Ability and desire to coach team members and business partners on solution utilization Strong experience in database query functionality in Microsoft PowerPivot, Microsoft Access, Business Objects, or other reporting tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
