Job Responsibilities:

MISSION:
Corporate with global product management to roll-out product roadmap for vision camera, central computing unit, radar, ADAS system level solution. Follow the trend of China local ADAS market as well as consumer ratings and regulations, provide information for product roadmap roll-out. Entry point for Local Customer Area between global R&D and local customers.

POSITION RESPONSIBLITY:
- Follow the trends of ADAS technics, incl. sensors, chips, system level solutions and embedded system architectures.
关注ADAS的技术发展,包括传感器技术,芯片,系统解决方案,嵌入式系统架构。
- Follow the trends of ADAS and AD rating tests and regulations.
关注ADAS和自动驾驶的评级测试及法规的发展趋势。
- Follow and analyze local OEMs specifics needs and market trends., roll-out product roadmap.
关注和分析本地客户需求和市场趋势,参与制定产品路线。
- Leading ADAS system strategy define for China market, as well as for OEM export requirement
主导ADAS系统在中国市场的战略制定,包含支持主机厂海外出海战略
- Clear define MRD market requirement document of ADAS system as local engineering team system definition input
清楚制定ADAS系统的市场需求文档作为本地工程开发的系统定义输入
- Analyze domestic ratings protocols (CNCAP, CCRT, iVista, etc.) and oversea markets (UNECE, GSR, etc.).
分析国内评级体系(CNCAP、CCRT、iVista等)和海外市场(UNECE、GSR等)。
- Participate in technique demo for Local OEM.
参与OEM的技术路演。
- Report to the global product management on a regular Basis.
定期向全球产品管理团队报告。


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma: Bachelor or master with Electronic Engineering degree.
学位要求:全日制本科及以上学历,电子工程相关专业。
- Working Experience: 
1、Master's degree requires 3-5 years of automotive active safety related work experience; Bachelor's degree requires 5-7 years of automotive active safety related work experience.
    工作经验要求:硕士要求3-5年汽车主动安全相关工作经验,本科学历要求5-7年汽车主动安全相关工作经验。
2、Should have minimal 2 years of the pervious R&D experience on ADAS smart cameras system with vision processing/ radar sensing / central computing / ADAS features (highway assist, AEB, TJA, parking, map fusion, etc.)
    至少有2年以上的如下领域的技术研发经验:智能摄像头和视觉算法 / 毫米波雷达 / 中央计算 / ADAS功能(高速辅助驾驶,AEB,TJA,泊车, 地图融合等)
- Language: Fluent English speaking.
语言要求:流畅的英语口语办公。
- Other: 

其他:
1、Should have project experience on Autosar based embedded system (architecture, chips, embedded sensors).

应具有基于Autosar的嵌入式系统(架构、芯片、嵌入式传感器)项目经验。
2、Familiar with active safety regulations and rating protocols (incl. GSR, data and information security, NCAP, etc.); 
熟悉主动安全相关的法规和评价体系(包括GSR、数据和信息安全、NCAP等);

- Rating test and regulations (NCAPs, GB, UNECE, etc.) / Level 3
- L2 ADAS system solution / Level 3

- English / Level 3

- Follow the trend of industry / Level 4
