Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join an enterprise retail company in Vancouver. The Sr. Product Manager will be helping with the companys expansion within Mexico, including Mexico City, Cancun, and Guadalajara. You will be working closely with a 3PL (third-party logistics) integration partner to ensure proper integration on a mass scale and quick timeline. The project is currently closing out on Phase 1, retail, and soon will be in Phase 2, ecommerce order fulfillment. Travel to Mexico will be required on an as needed basis. A deep understanding in distribution operations and 3PL integrations including inbound, inventory control, outbound, and returns, will be required to be successful in this role. Skills and Requirements 5+ years in Product Management or similar role Experience in with large scale 3PL (third-party logistics) integrations and vendor relations on a quick timeline Understanding of upstream and downstream supply chain and distribution operations (inbound, inventory control, outbound, and returns) Knowledge of Jira and Confluence Strong communication, ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Motivated, takes initiative, organized, social, go-getter, able to work in ambiguity Experience in ecommerce order fulfillment Bilingual in Spanish WMS experience Retail experience (ex. flow to stores, back end of how stores get stocked, in store date meaning) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
