Our award-winning software is used by 1,500+ organizations to manage more than 1 million real estate, equipment, and other leased asset records globally. **Job Description** We are looking for a passionate **Senior Product Manager** to help shape the future of our portfolio of corporate occupier products (Visual Lease, CoStar Real Estate Manager, and new products that you will build). Success in this role means delivering seamless customer experiences through strong technical collaboration, subject matter expertise, thoughtful prioritization and relentless focus on data quality. You’ll lead the end-to-end development (in collaboration with Product Owners, Designers and Engineers) of innovative solutions that support lease portfolio strategy, real estate transaction management, lease administration and accounting compliance for thousands of companies around the world. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex integration challenges, unlocking new value for customers and partners and leading through influence in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This position will be full-time onsite and can be based out of our Metropark, NJ, or Atlanta, GA offices, **Responsibilities:** **Strategic Vision for your Product Area(s):** Shape where we’re headed and why it matters. + Craft a **north-star vision** for your product areas that are ambitious yet achievable. Ensure it improves the SaaS experience for customers **while meeting** the obligations for shareholders and executives. + Predict shifts in customer needs, market trends and technological advancements. Envision and communicate **how the product will need to evolve** over time as a result. + Define and articulate the **value proposition** including key benefits and differentiators. Collaborate with internal resources to ensure alignment. + Deeply **understand company goals** and set **clear, complimentary, measurable objectives** for your product areas related to revenue, user acquisition, market share, and retention. + Determine the **resources** (budget, personnel, technology) required to execute the product strategy and ensure they are allocated efficiently + Become the undisputed business expert for your area(s). **Eagerly and confidently share** the product vision and business plan with internal teams, senior leaders, customers, partners, and prospects supported by a **business case, designs, narratives,** or other documentation. **Market Research & Stakeholder Input for your Product Area(s):** Deeply understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats around your product area(s) to inform your vision. + **Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, desires and expectations** by engaging with customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders. Leverage tools (e.g. Pendo) and other resources (e.g. support cases, internal round tables, etc.) to identify problem or opportunity areas. + Understand the **market landscape** , including all competitive or complementary products and services to your product area as well as existing and target customers + Analyze product area strengths and weaknesses and **assess product-market fit** . + Anticipate and share **threats** to your product area including potential regulations, competitive moves, and technology shifts that could have a meaningful impact on the future of your product area and the product suite at large. + Understand **industry trends** by staying on top of happenings in Corporate Real Estate & Accounting so stakeholders see around corners and invest ahead of need. **Own Your Roadmap:** Let user truth guide the roadmap—without losing sight of the business. + Identify modules, features or other functionality and initiatives **from the backlog** that will help you improve **product-market fit** and attain your product vision, while positively impacting revenue growth, adoption or retention. + Partner with Product Owners to establish the **impact, goal, technical feasibility** **, and resource availability** for each relevant feature or initiative. + **Own** a **transparent, outcome-oriented** **roadmap** that is continuously and ruthlessly prioritized. Review and adjust regularly as new information is uncovered. + Actively participate in technical discussions with Engineering, leverage research and stakeholder input and partner with Product Owners to **validate timeline decisions** around when each feature or initiative will be developed and released. + **Present the roadmap** to all stakeholders so priorities, timelines, and goals are easy to understand and ultimately be shared with clients, prospects and partners. **Customer-Centric Development:** Turn ambition into shipped, lovable features. + Define **success metrics** up-front + **Partner daily** with Designers and Product Owners so they can convert business needs into clear, technically feasible requirements. Approve final designs and ensure alignment with business goals. + Run a constant **feedback loop** with customers, partners, and internal SMEs; use prototypes, A/B tests, and interviews to validate before you build. + Take unapologetically **iterative bets** . Ask forgiveness rather than permission when speed wins. + **Leverage AI tooling** (chat agents, workflow automation, data wrangling) to facilitate faster research, specifications, and analysis, but **do not sacrifice accuracy** and **accountability** for any work product you deliver. + Ensure new product functionality provides a **seamless and intuitive user experience** , complies with relevant **regulations** , and maintains **high security standards** . + Work with Product Marketing to meet the adoption and utilization goals for a successful launch through **advocacy, training, feedback, and iteration** . **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College   + 5+ years of digital Product Management experience (or adjacent industry experience with a firm understanding of Product principles) with a proven track record of delivering industry-leading software consumer products and solutions + Demonstrated experience partnering with product owners and engineering teams to build, test, and launch features in close coordination + Demonstrated experience collaborating with design iteratively to balance product goals and customer experience + Skilled at translating product ideas into wireframes, mock-ups, workflow diagrams, or journey maps for effective communication + Experience using SQL, Google Analytics, FullStory, PowerBI, Pendo and/or similar analytics tools to extract insights and evaluate product performance metrics + Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills    + A track record of commitment to prior employers. **Preferred Qualifications** + 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience or comparable experience working on products in a technical capacity + Experience in planning and launching A/B or multivariate experiments to optimize features and drive KPIs + Experience in commercial real estate, equipment leasing, or financial accounting. + Experience integrating enterprise-level applications into broader solutions with a strong understanding of interoperability and data flow. + Familiarity with building data-powered consumer experiences + A passion for identifying and leveraging new technologies, such as AI, to enhance platform capabilities. + Experience using research tools such as LogRocket, Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, Dovetail, and Pendo + Excitement for moving quickly on new ideas and a professional attitude towards seeing projects to completion. **What’s in it for you?** When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
