The Mexico CFX team is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will drive improvements for our Same Day delivery experience. The Senior PM is constantly innovating on behalf of customers, and you will own the business requirements that get us to the right CX to scale Same Day deliveries on strategic selection across the country. You will own defining our Product roadmap along with stakeholder teams focused on Speed. You will coordinate with category teams, supply chain and operations teams, and other business stakeholders across the company to define the Speed roadmap. Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of millions of customers in Mexico by improving their ability to discover, understand and select the delivery options that best fit their needs.
Candidates should have strong analytical abilities, a trust-but-verify mindset, high business judgment, and a keen customer focus. This role requires skills at breaking down complex, high-level ideas into executable features and distinct phases, a core focus on selection performance for key metrics, as well as prioritization and trade-off evaluation. The ability to influence cross-functionally and across the organization, at all levels, will be absolutely critical to success in this role.
