Who We're Looking For:We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, user behavior, and experimentation. You are a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action—someone who is obsessed with conversion funnels, understands how to unlock the compounding growth through product, and brings a marketer’s intuition to product decisions.
In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to research, define, and execute a product roadmap focused on driving new customer acquisition through product-led features. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is not just keeping an eye on the future, but who is eager to build for it. You are curious about AI, excited about its potential to reshape user experiences, and eager to explore how it can unlock new and untapped growth opportunities.Qualified candidates will ideally need experience across five key themes:Data-driven Product Decisions: Expertise working with complex data to articulate key customer insights. You have knowledge around measuring the impact of features, channel incrementally, funnel-optimization, as well as marketplace and financial metrics. Stakeholder collaboration: Strong history of collaborating effectively across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing. You thrive in building impactful stakeholder partnerships across the businessExecution and Iteration Mindset: Strong bias for action, with the ability to define and ship scrappy MVPs, rapidly iterate based on customer learnings, and balance speed with quality to drive impact.Customer Centric Thinking and Marketing Fluency: Understanding of how content, channels, UX, and performance marketing all work together to deliver seamless experiences for prospect customers.Product-Led Growth Acumen: Ideally, track-record of leading development of acquisition-focused features such as referral programs, shareable content, SEO, among others. Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilitiesVery comfortable with SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, Periscope, or other data visualization tools.Experience with multivariate product experimentation frameworks.
