We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, FX, PFX, Retail Product.

Principal Responsibilities

This role is responsible for driving the business growth in Foreign Exchange (FX) business in Hong Kong retail space by enhancing customer experience, fulfilling customers' wealth and transactional needs with dedicated tactical and strategic product scheme and support ideation, development and drive execution of FX business strategies for business initiatives/projects under FX business.

Portrait as trusted business partner for business stakeholders, work with and support FX team head to deliver new FX business growth, shaping product roadmaps, optimize FX portfolio, setting priorities and driving development initiatives to achieve business objectivesAs product leader working closely with DA, formulating and implementing effective FX sales strategy with focus on customer life cycle management across different stagesManage the full product lifecycle for transactional FX product, including commercialization and implementation, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectivesChampion existing product journeys and features, ensuring that they are competitive delivering superb customer experienceLeading delivery of new product initiatives/capabilities to deliver distinct and leading product proposition through ideation, formulation of the cost-benefit case and PL forecast, technical development management (business), planning and executing the commercialization and related activitiesDevelop value propositions that are commercially viable and develop business cases to justify strategic initiatives and secure approvalsInitiate and manage product reviews where required to ensure that the compliance related requirements are met and ensure all actions points arising are duly addressed Conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor industry standards locally and internationally to identify gaps and opportunities for product innovation and improvementOversights of product managers/assistant managers with ability to motivate and guide the team to deliver exceptional resultsManage product management related activities and assume full ownership where assigned
