Senior Product Manager, Ads Quality Infrastructure and Experiments
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role. + 5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area. + 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership. Preferred qualifications: + Master’s degree in statistics, economics/econometrics, or a related quantitative field. + 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership. + 2 years of work experience with statistics, experimental design, econometrics, causal inference in commercial settings leading products from conception to launch. + Familiarity with concepts such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical power, type 1 and 2 errors, sampling techniques, randomization. + Ability to analyze data using SQL, a statistical programming language, and data visualization. As a Senior Product Manager, you will combine an understanding of experimentation infrastructure and data science best practices, advertising, and engineers’ user needs to generate insights into gaps and opportunities. You will then work closely with engineers and data scientists to define, prioritize, and deliver a roadmap including solutions that improve power and accuracy in our experimentation tools, as well as improving our overall approach to running A/B tests and simulations to evaluate promising ideas. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
