Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our advertising products. You’ll work closely with Ad Strategy, Ad Ops, Sales, Engineering, and UX Design to define and build ad experiences that drive revenue while maintaining a high-quality user experience.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven product organization focused on audience impact and business growth. As a Senior PM, you’ll work across disciplines to help build a successful advertising business at the AJC.
Responsibilities
Support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for advertising across AJC products, including programmatic and direct-sold placements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives across yield optimization, user experience, and new monetization opportunities.Partner with Ad Ops and Sales to evaluate performance, identify technical challenges, and ensure smooth delivery and measurement.Work with UX and Engineering to design and implement engaging, high-value, non-intrusive ad formats.Use data to inform product decisions and measure impact across revenue and engagement metrics.Stay informed on industry trends (e.g., DAI, privacy regulations, identity solutions) and translate into product opportunities.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years’ experience in a related fieldExperience with digital advertising and/or revenue-generating products, specifically consumer-facing productsStrong understanding of digital ad tech (e.g., SSPs, header bidding, IAB standards, targeting).Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with programmatic platforms, first-party data, and monetization analytics is a plus.Benefits
