JOB TITLE: Senior Product Management & Development
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker
JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]
DUTIES: Design, develop and manage activities for a specific business or consumer product/service or group on products/services from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life (lifecycle management), including complex products or product lines. Responsible for business case and P&L for assigned products. Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new products or features by translating and documenting customer and technical requirements into final product design. Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Conduct research and analysis on defined market, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality and existing customer segments, volumes, and revenue results. Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases for new or modified products and services. Partner with business, technology and UX tams to design or modify products to meet market, budget, and marketing as the product move to production and distribution. Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance and researching and analyzing defined market, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality and customer segments, volumes, and revenue results. Work with the pricing team to develop pricing strategies. Assign moderately complex products or product lines. Responsible for delivering product iterations to provide stakeholders with the highest business value in the least amount of time. Responsible for frequent planning and goal setting, assisting the Scrum team focus on the current sprint’s objectives and increasing productivity. Utilize Agile Scrum Methodologies. Utilize JIRA, iTrack, and Azure DevOps.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Agile Scrum Methodologies; and utilizing JIRA, iTrack, and Azure DevOps.
