And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches. **About the role** IT&D Senior Product Line Manager – MOM sits within IT&D Global Manufacturing Product Group. The role will be responsible for all Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) Product lines and all the products within their scope with primary focus on MES, Plant Maintenance, Connected Worker Platform and associated data products, and holds accountability for end-to-end value of each product. Person joining this function will develop and deploy Key Global Initiatives – Digital Factory in which one of the workstreams would be MES.They will also beresponsible for organization change management in Product Centric IT Operating Model, owning the product roadmap to unlock value in Manufacturing IT systems and standardize the Manufacturing Operations Management. **Your responsibilities** + Implement short and long term Digital Factory strategy, vision and roadmaps. + Support design of Manufacturing Tech Stack and Manufacturing Data. + Applying product management discipline to full scope of accountability and to each product within the product line and proactively manages product life cycle. + Continuous improvement through innovative and data driven practices. + Adherence to Reckitt IT&D Delivery & Governance process. + Clear decision-making within the MOM Product Line, including decisions on the Product Line IT&D budget management, TCO Tracking, Vendor management to enable the product roadmap. + Security compliance and risk-management of all projects in scope. + Responsibility over identifying & actioning risks of the portfolio. + Working with the Product Directors to drive Quarterly regional connects with stakeholders. + Assess and implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive value for the investments within the product stream. + Act as the primary contact for queries related to the owned products. + Accountable for IT Portfolio Management to improve IT Footprint, budgets- CAPEX/OPEX and IT Run cost. **The experience we're looking for** + 10-15 years of experience in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain IT Platforms. + Factory environment (manufacturing, logistics & quality). + Strong Domain expertise in IT Applications/Platforms like MES, IOT etc. + Hands-on of MES Solutions (Both Level 3 & Level 4) both from factory and SAP side. + Fundamental understanding of Manufacturing Processes, IT Systems involved in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain, High-Level Architecture and Interfaces. + Product Management/ Product Ways of Working - Experience in SAFe methodologies would be an advantage. + Strong business acumen with experience to prepare business case to secure funding. + High level of engagement with OT, production, quality and logistics stakeholders, collaboration with factory Ops, regional and local. + Deep experience in end-to-end technology development. + Strong understanding of emerging software engineering methodologies and principles. + Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in engaging with different teams, including senior stakeholders, suppliers, consultants and external teams. + Solid analytical & methodical approach, strategic planning and execution skills. + Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment. + Strong ability to drive continuous improvement and collaboration. + High Initiative/ Ownership and Global Mindset. + Overall understanding of technologies used in the product. + A history of building robust stakeholder relationships and effectively managing expectations. + Able to deal with ambiguity and change. **The skills for success** Product Development, system development, Project Management, Programme Management, Design Thinking, IT Service Management, Innovation Processes, Innovation, User Experience Design, Change Analyst, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Value Analysis, Change Management, Adoption, Technology Adoption Lifecycle, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Digital Strategy, Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Portfolio Management, Data Governance, Product Compliance, Data Driven Practices, Governance. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
