Senior Product Line Manager

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Product Sr. Director for Women’s Sportswear Apparel and will work closely with the Senior Product Line Managers, Product Line Manager II, and other Product Line Managers who work on the Women’s Apparel business. In addition to working with your triad partners to bring product to life, you will work with Design, Development, Materials/Trims teams, Brand, Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Finance along the product journey.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Global Senior Product Line Manager for Women’s Sportswear Apparel. In this fast paced and dynamic role, you will need to be comfortable managing competing priorities in a deadline driven environment while embracing the volatility.

In this role, this individual will partner with our Senior Product Line Managers and Product Line Manager II to drive all facets of the Women’s Sportswear product creation process. This individual will lead a cross functional team, bringing excellent communication skills, strong strategic competence, and creative problem-solving to this entrepreneurial role.

We are seeking someone with a strong product acumen and a deep understanding of marketplace trends. This individual must be adept at analyzing market data, recognizing emerging trends, and translating them into innovative women's product opportunities that resonate with our consumers. Their ability to stay ahead of industry shifts and consumer preferences will be crucial in driving the success of our product lines.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Development, Sports Product Management or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

3+ years of experience in product-related role

Strong product creation, consumer acumen, and intuition for business

Familiarity with the marketplace and key competitors

Excellent taste level and intuition for premium performance product

Creativity and passion for product, fashion, color and style

Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical abilities

General understanding of apparel product construction and sourcing process

Able to lead and influence a team and enable collaborative working relationships

Attention to detail and deadlines

Necessary Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (Keynote/Miro), Excel Skills, Retail Math, Smartsheets

Ability to travel ~10-15% of the time

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be working daily with our design, development, brand and merchandising teams across multiple subject areas, to create compelling uniform stories seasonally. You will be the leader of the team, keeping projects on task and communicating regularly to both internal and external partners.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Collaborate with team members to develop line plans, implement future product uniform strategies, and track overall progress and delivery in full and on time with one of our most high-profile apparel product lines at the company.

Work closely with your triad team each week to deliver on product creation calendar timelines, including product briefs, design reviews, merchandising plan, and marketplace distribution for multiple projects.

Build positive and trustworthy relationships with your partners to build and land the line plans and seasonal assortments that meet the needs of consumers and take them to a new place.
