Required Skills and Expertise + Master's degree or higher in science or engineering. + Knowledge and experience in films & adhesives development, and related evaluation skills for product and process development. + Communication skills in both English and Japanese. + Ability to lead projects and proactively take action to solve problems. + Interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. + Ability to plan experiments, analyze data, and summarize and report results. + Presentation skills to report on project progress and outcomes. Additional Knowledge and Experience, Nice-to-have Skills and Behavior + Experience in technically leading projects and achieving productization or technology development. + Ability to listen to various opinions and respond flexibly and quickly. + Understanding organizational directions and thinking about and taking actions to contribute.
