ABOUT THE ROLE

At Factorie, we’re not just making clothes — we’re building an accessible youth streetwear brand that is inspired by music, sport, art and fashion. Culture shaping our identity.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Developer who’s ready to shape the future of our Guys Wovens category - across denim, jackets, and woven fashion - and leave a lasting mark on the industry.

As Senior Product Developer, you’ll lead product creation and placement across our key categories and sub-brands. You’ll work hand-in-hand with buying, planning, design, and suppliers to bring world-class, sustainable, on-trend product to life - fast. You’ll lead a passionate team and be a driving force behind the quality, fit, and finish that makes Factorie stand out.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

● Lead end-to-end product development across denim, shorts/skirts, jackets, and wovens

● Own the creative and technical execution - from trend direction to delivery

● Mentor and develop a high-performing product team

● Partner closely with Buyers, Planners, Designers and Suppliers

● Ensure every product hits the mark on fit, fabric, finish, and sustainability

● Attend fittings, track production, and manage critical paths to build on time loved product that our customer wants

● Bring new product concepts to the table that push youth culture forward

● Balance speed, quality and creativity in a fast-moving global business
