About the role:
We’re looking for a curious and impact-driven Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our landing page experiences that enable us to more effectively acquire new users to Skyscanner. You’ll work in a cross-functional team dedicated to helping millions of travellers discover the world—through high-performing, content-rich pages that answer real user questions and inspire their next trip.
As AI reshapes how people discover and search, this role will be a part of evolving how Skyscanner shows up—designing experiences that go beyond basic answers and create meaningful journeys that users value and that performs for search engines and AI experiences.
You work across a range of surfaces, including key product vertical landing pages (flights, hotels, and car hire) and destination hubs, while also building and evolving the landing page design system that powers our editorial content and campaign landing pages—creating experiences that are both scalable and deeply engaging.
What you'll be doing:
Designing high-quality, responsive landing pages across surfaces like destination hubs and product vertical landing pages, and design system for campaign pages, and editorial content, balancing search performance, content clarity, and user needs. Owning the end-to-end design process, from framing problems and generating ideas through to prototyping, testing, refinement, and final delivery. Partnering cross-functionally with marketing, content design, product, and engineering stakeholders to define and deliver effective, insight-driven design solutions. Working with user research, SEO analysis and behavioural data to deeply understand intent and use evidence to guide and validate design decisions. Contributing to and evolving the landing page design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and design quality across our content-driven surfaces. Anticipating the evolving SEO landscape, including the impact of AI-generated results and conversational search, and helping define how our landing pages adapt and respond. Collaborating with peers across the design team, sharing knowledge and ideas, and raising the bar on what we deliver. About you:
Portfolio criteria:
Following extensive surveys and workshops around our teams needs and preferences, we’ve returned to our offices in a hybrid working pattern: typically that looks like two days in the office, flexible to an individual’s need. As such, this role would be a great fit for someone who lives within commuting distance of one of our Scotland offices or Barcelona office.
