Senior Product Designer

Based in Boulder, CO, the Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end experiences for our Point of Sale, in-store customer-facing displays, loyalty programs, consumer iOS/Android apps, and emerging banking and financial services. What you’ll do:
Working closely with a lean crew of engineers and PMs, you’ll translate complex, multi-step workflows into elegant, globally localized interfaces that span desktop, mobile, and payment hardware screens. The ideal candidate for this opportunity brings 6+ years of payments or loyalty program design, a portfolio of sophisticated flows, deep Figma expertise, and hands-on research skills. What does success look like in this position? Mastering merchant and consumer flows and owning every step of design, from research to polished dev-ready files are the results we're looking for. We have a small EP&D team in the US. This position will work directly with our product and engineering teams out of our Beautiful and fun Boulder, CO office! By day 90, you’ve mastered our products and design system, knowing exactly how each component drives the U.S. loyalty flow, customer-facing display, and global dashboard. With that insight, you will independently ship polished, developer-ready designs.Seeking interested and qualified candidates with expertise and knowledge with the following:
6+ years of end-to-end product design experience shipping software in the POS or payments industry. Portfolio that demonstrates elegant solutions to complex, multi-step workflows. Fluency in Figma. Strong grasp of UX research methods and the ability to plan and conduct usability tests with tools like usertesting.com. Experience designing across multiple platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS)The "Nice-to-have" skills that are a bonus:
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and research tools—think Figma AI, ChatGPT prototypes, or automated usability-testing platforms. History of designing and localizing products for global rollouts, adapting flows across multiple regions, languages, and payment standards. Experience shaping consumer-facing iOS / Android apps end-to-end, from onboarding flows to ongoing engagement.Who we are:
