Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer, with a strong emphasis on native mobile app design (iOS and Android).
A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences is required.
High proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of design systems, prototyping, and collaboration features.
Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms, with a deep understanding of platform-specific guidelines and cohesive cross-platform design.
Proven ability to design complex, transactional mobile interfaces that are scalable, accessible, and easy to use.
Skilled in creating user flows, conceptual models, site maps, design patterns, and detailed specifications.
Experience contributing to or evolving a mobile-focused design system.
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions that enhance usability and bring moments of delight to mobile experiences.
Experience conducting or contributing to user research and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
Strong track record of delivering polished digital products in Agile environments with a collaborative, iterative mindset.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-starter with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for inclusive, accessible design—especially for older adults and diverse user groups.
Work-At-Home Information

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
