Senior Product Delivery Associate, Connected Ecosystem

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Wholesale Digital Lending Product team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. **Job responsibilities** + Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies + Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners including UI/UX Designers, software developers/engineers, technology, design, UAT, and data teams, and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements + Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources + Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery, aligning with business, customer, and market needs. + Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, considering upstream and downstream implications of new product features in digital channels. + Gather and document clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements, facilitating meetings and workshops to gather information and validate these requirements. + Work closely with engineers to enable them to identify the critical path, prioritize, and execute upon requirements. + Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes, analyzing, tracking, and evaluating product metrics. + Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption of new systems and processes, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues. + Synthesize insights from research, stakeholder/SME meetings, platform engagement, and user feedback to prioritize improvements and new feature ideas that will deliver business objectives and user benefits. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area + Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area + Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities + Experience in product deployment processes, process improvement or other optimization systems, and experience working closely with cross-functional teams and executive leaders/stakeholders to define and drive product strategy and roadmap + Demonstrates a good understanding of digital channels, technology stacks, and APIs, along with sound knowledge of human-centric design principles and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, LUCID, and PowerPoint + Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies and data driven mindset to drive product objective & key results + Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills while building durable relationships, influence without authority, sell concepts internally, and actively drive decision-making across organizations + Self-motivated, solution-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability, and able to work efficiently to make continued progress on multiple priorities. + Exercises disciplined initiative to figure things out and solve it within a timely, responsibly quick timeline + Baseline understanding on technical and analytical skills to develop and draw insights from database management systems + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate product vision, product strategy and requirements to engineers and internal business partners **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle and a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field + Brings at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Associate or in a similar role within the BFSI industry, with expertise in agile product development environments + Master's degree in business administration is an advantage + Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and Agile (e.g. PSPO) are preferred JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
