Senior Product Associate - Tech Risk & Controls | Cybersecurity

As a Senior Product Associate in the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. **Job responsibilities** + Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery + Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers + Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle + Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development + Supports all team risk and security requirements, escalating where there are gaps and delivering tactical and strategic remediation plans + Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability + Operates with a customer driven focus and leverages risk methodologies to convey the business and client needs into feature-level requirements within product backlogs + Coordinates UAT sessions and sign off with users + Assists with the acceptance criteria and results in UAT, raising critical bugs as a matter of urgency + Attends all SCRUM ceremonies and ensure preparedness to avoid development delays, and supports product releases prior to, during, and post deployment + Partners and builds relations with users, product leads, architects, and engineers to illustrate strategy in reducing risk and meet stakeholder needs **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area + Knowledge of Governance, Regulatory, and Technology Risk and Controls + Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle + Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition + Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy + Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, documentation, and value management + Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) + Proficiency in creatively resolving problems and conflicts while developing unique solutions, with a proven track record in complex decision-making + Proficient knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies including Jira or Confluence + Experience producing product artifacts including use cases, user stories, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wire frames, roadmaps, product overviews + Proven ability to build strong partnerships with business, operations, technologists, and external vendor partners **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization + Experience designing QlikSense dashboards JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
