Senior Product Associate - Personalization and Customer Insights

As a Senior Product Associate in the Digital Personalization & Insights team, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact. Supported by user research and customer feedback, you will fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.Manage product-related documentation and communications.Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics.Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to build solutions that meet business needs, ensuring adaptability and scalability.Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while managing the product delivery timeline.Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior, translating business objectives into quantifiable metrics.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.Track record of product management experience including backlog Ability to partner with cross-functional teams at all levels for effective execution in an agile manner.Technical mindset with the ability to understand architectural concepts and their implications for user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in personalization and customer insights within a financial organization.Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools and methodologies.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
