As a Senior Product Associate within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience in product management with proven ability to lead prioritization and feature deliveryExcellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to positively influence and inspire technology teams and stakeholders Strong agile mindset, able to iterate fast and give early feedback Strong track record of owning and developing a product domain strategy and roadmapAble to balance short-term goals and long-term vision in highly complex environmentsExpertise on the AI lifecycle, spanning from data discovery, data processing, model development, model deployment, and model monitoring Expertise in Cloud computing and architecture Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
