As a Senior Product Associate in Secure Insights - Customer Identity & Authentication, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. In addition, you facilitate the integration of vendor data into our internal data platform, improving data quality and consistency to enhance product functionality. You work with vendors to integrate new services and maintain good relationships to facilitate seamless data exchange. Your role involves conducting thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies that can be leveraged to improve the data platform. You develop and maintain detailed product documentation and specifications to guide development teams and recommend alignment with strategic goals. Furthermore, you monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to drive iterative improvements and optimize the platform's value proposition for users.
