As a Senior Product Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.   Job responsibilities Define strategic vision and roadmap for the Agents Builder platform, covering Orchestration, SFT, RLHF, Memory, RAG, and Search. Evangelize product vision across the firm and engage stakeholders. Collaborate with business and functional groups to collect requirements and deliver high-quality products. Plan for implications of new features on overall product experience. Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmap. Track and evaluate product metrics across the development lifecycle. Write requirements, epics, and user stories for product development. Design features applying AI & Data governance frameworks for ethical AI use. Ensure compliance with AI & Data Management regulations and standards. Identify and mitigate risks in AI & Data Management technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate governance practices. Establish monitoring mechanisms for compliance tracking. Present updates and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes in AI governance. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years in product management with leadership experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to inspire teams. Strong track record in product features and roadmap management. Experience interacting with engineering teams and building PRDs. Contribution to product strategy and research. Agile mindset with fast iteration and early feedback. Expertise in AI lifecycle, cloud computing, and architecture. Basic understanding of AI/ML, data governance, MLOps, and compliance principles. Proven business analysis skills for identifying critical requirements. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation skills for conveying complex information.
