Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
+ Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
+ Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
+ Exceptional ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
+ Strategic thinking and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
+ Excellent communication skills.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively.
This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale). This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.
As a Senior Product Associate, you will be the central advocate for our global sales users, directly shaping the evolution of their core tools across GBO. You will collaborate closely with key partners in Sales, GTM, Finance, Product Management, UX, and Engineering to manage complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Advocate end-user needs by actively gathering and synthesizing feedback to inform the tools roadmap, ensuring their workflows are represented in product development.
+ Contribute to prioritization by analyzing quantitative business cases (e.g., business growth, productivity) and qualitative data (i.e., interviews, feedback) to articulate clear use cases for PM/UX/Eng partners.
+ Author detailed business requirements and co-lead project plans in partnership with cross-functional teams on the design and development of user-facing feature launches.
+ Contribute to the planning and execution of global launch strategies, including assisting in the development of deployment plans, training materials, and support documentation to drive product and feature adoption.
+ Assist in estimating and measuring the business impact of new features, processes, and training using metrics like CSAT, adoption rates, efficiency gains, and business uplift.
