As Senior Product Architect Order, you guide the end-to-end ideation, solutioning, architecture and scaling of our order management systems, data connectors and relation and relative positioning to other systems. In this role you can contribute significantly to HEINEKEN International’s Evergreen strategy. You will work directly with multiple Product Owners, understand the business needs and help convert those needs into a solution architecture specification and services in line with overall architectural standards and roadmaps. Your experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce will help us scale the solution worldwide.

You will have a relentless focus every day on further expanding, improving, integrating, and making the products successful in our Operating Companies across the world. Driving harmonization and scalability where possible. You will work as an expert in a team of architects covering the order management space and you’ll closely collaborate with the Engineering managers, DevOps team, etc. You’ll help translate the solution and roadmap to the Technology managers, product owners and other business representatives. Your experience and specialist knowledge make you the right person to oversee and guide internal and external product teams and help them collaborate in their daily work.

You work closely with stakeholders from all over the company, Global & local, and the rest of the E-business team and colleagues within Digital & Technology and will report directly to the Chapter Lead Order.

This role is positioned in the Krakow Hub as an integral part of our insourcing strategy. Your presence will significantly increase our internal knowledge and capability in the order management space.

In this role, you will:

Coach and mentor the technical team on best practices through your extensive experience in delivering large scale cloud native technology implementations Proactively assisting engineering leads to shape solutions, balancing short/long term goals and constraints. Lead architectural design for our enterprise applications and systems, formulate and document the design and its functional and non-functional requirements. Design and optimize API architectures for internal and external consumption leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies Ensure solution design and technical decisions conform to overall architectural (Domain, Enterprise) vision, principles, non-functional requirements and technical standards. Ensure the delivered system and services are consistent with the agreed architecture and meet the business requirements by working on effective serviceability and observability. Transcend traditional product boundaries and make sure products are well positioned relative to each other. Manage stakeholders across global & local, within D&T and with business areas

We are looking for:

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math (STEM) or related technical field OR university degree AND any combination of equivalent experience, education and training. 7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or business applications development. Of which at least 3-5 years of work experience in ecommerce, retail or D365 Commerce space in similar roles, where you have gained hands-on and strategic experience gaining a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the broader commerce eco system. Multiple relevant Microsoft Certifications (on Azure or Dynamics 365) Understanding of X++ (Dynamics 365) Proven ability to shape, visualize and communicate solution architecture You are a Scrum enthusiast and understand how to work with multiple development teams. Excellent (B2/C1) oral and written command of English Solid fundamentals in integration concepts. Hands-on knowledge of Azure service bus, azure functions, logic apps is a pre. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) Technologies. Familiarity with Monitoring Tools, Metrics, and Observability. Understanding of DevOps culture, automation (CI/CD), and main tools. Experience working in a global, enterprise environment.
