Senior Product Application Specialist

Application Support** Provide technical consultation and application support to customers. Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, user training, and workshops. Troubleshoot product performance and application-related issues. Collect and manage the external quality control data from end-users. **2. Internal and External Training** Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams (sales and customer service) and external partners. Gather customer feedback and application insights to support product improvement. Prepare and maintain product documentation (e.g., SOPs, technical manuals). **3. Customer Engagement** Foster positive relationships with both existing and new customers. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ). **4. Cross-functional Teamwork** Collaborate closely with sales, regular affairs and service teams. Participate in regular meetings with the service team to share experiences and solve complex issues. 5. Travel Requirements Willingness and ability to travel as needed. **Qualifications** 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Laboratory Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field. 2. 1–3 years of relevant working experience. 3. Familiarity with IVD products, Phadia laboratory systems, CAP checklists, and CLSI guidelines is preferred. 4. Proficient in writing professional emails in English is preferred.
