Job Description

As a Product Analyst supporting Visa initiatives within the NZ Pacific Product Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders on high-impact projects across the ANZ Pacific/Visa portfolio. We draw on our expertise in strategy, consulting, data analytics, and industry experience to develop fact-based recommendations and delivery plans to improve client performance. The VMS team is specialised in building teams that work within our client’s businesses to drive results.

About your role

You will support Visa-related initiatives within the ANZ Pacific/Visa portfolio. The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and manage high-impact projects, ensuring smooth execution and accurate documentation of business processes. The Product Analyst will enhance the overall management of the Pacific Visa portfolio, contributing to the development of robust strategies and facilitating the start of the transition of Local Access Card users to Visa Debit.

In this role your key responsibilities include:

Information Analysis & Synthesis: Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.Business Analysis Activities:Conduct comprehensive business analysis on processes such as the end-to-end Card Controls initiatives.Perform analysis on Visa Debit Card (Retail and Commercial) and Fiji Credit Cards (Retail and Commercial).Validate and monitor quarterly Visa incentives for Visa Debit and Fiji Credit Cards across all countries.Extract data to support the completion of Visa Operating Certificates and general card reporting.Document and understand the Visa Incentive program and related activities for future reference.Stakeholder Support: Assist the Schemes Liaison Manager with specific analyses, including Visa billing and mandated requirements.Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and manage end-to-end requirements for the above activities, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.Process Mapping & Change Management: Develop business requirements, process maps, and change transition documentation for various initiatives.Communication: Effectively communicate requirements, objectives, and benefits of initiatives to key stakeholders.Product Governance: Oversee ANZ product governance for Visa initiatives, including risk assessments, change risk materiality assessments, and post-implementation reviews.Document Repository Management: Enhance the ANZ KnowHow document repository by reviewing processes, identifying gaps, and improving frontline and operational documents related to Visa products and services.

Value Addition:

Elevate the management of the Pacific Visa portfolio for better oversight and efficiency.Increase capacity to fast-track priority work items.Support the foundation building for delivering superior fraud and card protection solutions and facilitate the migration of Local Access Card users to Visa Debit.
