Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Individual Contributor) to join the Regional Expansion Tribe.
Our Regional squads push our global product functionality into new markets and ensure we have a localised product offering in existing markets all while maintaining a very high bar for compliance.
As a Senior Product Analyst, your mission is to understand the needs of our local customers and partner with your cross-functional team to solve the most critical customer problems.
The problems you’re solving for can vary from ensuring our Brazilian customers can seamlessly use their Wise card to travel in the most cost effective way to defining the next European country where we will localise our product.
Irrespective of the region our goal remains the same. To help Wise scale 10x as we enable core functionality for global money movement.

What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Compliance officers, Bankers and other cross-functional partners to improve the Wise product Help your team make data-driven decisions and prioritise the most impactful opportunities to enable Wise to reach Mission Zero You have a clear opinion on KPIs of the team and drive opportunity sizing work (as well as retro's and attribution). Be the primary point of contact for all data related questions and have full ownership of the domain. Apply cutting-edge technologies like AI and LLMs to create significant value for customers.Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Technical Skills: 3+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills. You’re proficient in SQL (with the ability to write clear, performant, and reliable queries) and have knowledge of a scripting language (like Python or R) to automate routine tasks. Problem Solving: You define simple problems clearly, ensuring proper understanding of the scope and applying 80-20 principles while delivering usable results quickly. Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment: You drive discussions for the most impactful areas of development with your team and demonstrate a willingness to take on additional tasks as and when needed. Influence: You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are collaborative, you know how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximise impact.Nice to Have but Not Essential
