What does a great Product Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Product Manager at Fiserv, you play a crucial role in driving the success of the product organization. Serving as a connection between product management, development, and technology, you ensure that requirements and user stories are accurately translated. Collaborating closely with product strategists, you will introduce new products, enhance existing services, and plan the product roadmap to align with client needs. Your responsibilities include providing input to strategic planning, offering subject matter expertise, supporting product launches, and ensuring organizational readiness.

What you will do:

Partner with Product Strategy to understand market problems and revenue opportunitiesUtilize market and industry knowledge to define product solutionsDocument business requirements through user storiesWork with technology to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements for product visionLead operational readiness and contribute to product launch activitiesBuild and maintain subject matter expertise for the assigned product portfolioProvide product support and contribute to the product vision and roadmapIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

What You Will Need To Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 7 years combined experience in product management or related rolesExtensive knowledge of the EFT payments industryAbility to convey complex concepts and translate business requirements effectivelyStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills to interact across all levels and functional areas

What Would Be Great To Have:

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teamsWorking knowledge and experience in Agile methodology
