About the role
As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in Treatwell’s Analytics function, with a focus on supporting the Product domain across our 13 markets.
You’ll be joining a growing product analytics discipline, helping to embed best-in-class experimentation practices and scale our approach to data-informed product development. You will be the only Product Analyst, this is a senior role with the chance to influence how we evolve product analytics across the company.
Beyond your core work with Product, you’ll help raise the bar across the wider analytics team by mentoring others on experimentation frameworks and best practices. Acting as an educator, coach, and evangelist, you’ll empower teams to run unbiased A/B tests, choose the right methodologies for learning, and make confident, data-led product decisions. You'll also lead on opportunity sizing for new product initiatives, collaborating closely with Commercial Finance to ensure strategic alignment.
You’ll own the full test-and-learn programme - designing the methodology, improving tooling where needed, and leading experiment analysis. You’ll also collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance to prioritise high-impact projects and ensure behavioural insights directly inform product strategy.
We work in a Kanban-style setup, with regular backlog reviews where you’ll pitch ideas, prioritise them with stakeholders, and lead delivery in a cross-functional team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys driving excellence in product analytics across the organisation.
