Overview We’re seeking a Senior Producer to drive both delivery excellence and client leadership across a diverse portfolio of key accounts and projects. This role is equal parts relationship builder and delivery expert - ensuring that every initiative is executed with precision, creativity, and measurable impact. You’ll be the central point of accountability for both client satisfaction and project delivery, working across the full digital ecosystem - including web, social, CRM, creative, commerce, and marketing automation. You’ll lead the delivery of integrated campaigns and digital experiences, managing cross-functional teams and complex programs that span strategy, creative, data, and technology. Your work will help shape connected experiences that drive growth for our clients and our agency. What you’ll do: Own and drive the delivery of high-profile, integrated campaigns and digital projects across multiple client portfolios. Partner with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and develop compelling, well-scoped proposals. Lead the creation of briefs, statements of work (SoWs), timelines, estimates, and resourcing plans. Allocate and manage cross-functional resources, balancing team capacity with client priorities. Ensure high-quality execution across all phases—managing scope, budget, timelines, and risk. Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear updates, and manage client expectations. Build strong relationships with internal teams, acting as the go-to delivery expert. Lead, coach, and mentor producers to drive delivery excellence across the portfolio. Contribute to the evolution of delivery best practices, tools, and processes within the agency. Act as a trusted advisor, building deep client relationships that lead to long-term growth and innovation. Translate client needs into actionable briefs that inspire bold, effective work across channels. Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops—driving outcomes, not just discussions. Identify and grow new opportunities within accounts, expanding our footprint and impact. What you can bring: 6+ years in a digital, creative, or integrated agency environment. Proven track record managing complex digital projects and integrated campaigns across web, social, CRM, and content. Experience working with automotive or similarly complex clients is a plus. Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Asana, Workbook). Strong experience creating SoWs, proposals, estimates, and resource plans. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities autonomously. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to simplify complexity and build trust. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Contentful) and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Adobe Campaign). Commercial acumen—understands how delivery decisions impact profitability and client satisfaction.
