Position Title: Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of assigned procurement packages, from planning and tendering through to contract close-out. The position requires a high level of commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with public sector procurement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Developing tailored contract execution strategies and compiling targeted bidder lists Drafting and coordinating comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation Issuing tenders and managing bidder communications and clarifications Leading tender evaluations and negotiations; preparing Recommendations for Award (RFA) for internal and client endorsement; finalising contract awards and ensuring alignment with agreed terms Coordinating contract kick-off meetings and facilitating project commencement Overseeing post-award contract administration, including progress monitoring, milestone tracking, payment claim validation, variation management, claims assessment, and contract close-out
