PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a results-driven Senior Procurement Fulfillment Buyer to join our client in Clearwater, FL. About the Role
As a Senior Procurement Fulfillment Buyer, you will lead strategic procurement initiatives, manage supplier communications, and ensure compliance with procurement standards. Your expertise will directly impact the success of procurement projects, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
The pay rate is $35 - $42 an hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion.
Drive continuity of supply and ensure timely delivery of components and assemblies.
Manage supplier communications and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with strategic procurement processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in buyer/procurement roles.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale procurement operations.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP and reading engineering drawings or technical data sheets.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience procuring electrical/mechanical components and assemblies.
Project management experience with complex products or suppliers.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
