This is a remote position but someone based in Indianapolis is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. **What You’ll Do:** + Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements. + Present the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business. + Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access. + Collect and rationalize complex data from many sources. Conduct advanced financial evaluation. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation. + Point of contact for key processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions. + Review forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions. Make strategic recommendations to business. + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. + Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner &Townsend were consolidated into a single global business entity. As a candidate applying for a position, you should be aware that while your initial employment may be with Tuner & Townsend PJM US LLC, you will subsequently transfer directly to Turner & Townsend at a date to be determined._ Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $70,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $80,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
