Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas, El Segundo, California, Hazelwood, Missouri, Huntsville, Alabama, Mesa, Arizona, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, and Tukwila, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performanceLeads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditionsPrepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreementsInterprets and enforces contract terms and conditionsConsults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issuesLeads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commoditiesParticipates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 5 years of experience working directly with supplier managementMore than 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontractsMore than 5 years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 5 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

El Segundo, CA, Ridley Park, PA and Tukwila, WA - $102,000 - $126,000

San Antonio, TX, Mesa, AZ, Hazelwood, MO, and Huntsville, AL - $95,200 - $117,600

Oklahoma City, OK - $88,400- $109,200
