Stryker is looking for a Process Safety Engineer to join the growing team supporting further development of the greenfield manufacturing site in Skawina. **What will you do?** + Supervise process safety for new projects, + Conduct training for employees related to the safety of new processes, + Participate in the occupational risk assessment process for newly designed works places, + Advise and work with the team on compliance monitoring to mitigate risks + Risk analysis for new processes- inspecting working conditions and compliance with health and safety rules and legal requirements for new workstations, + Analysis of near misses- supervision of safety acceptance of new and transferred machinery, + Supervise fire and explosion safety for new processes, + Identify and oversee environmental permitting for new processes + Supervise of subcontractors in terms of health, safety and environmental protection, + Daily EHS activity on the plant. **What do you need?** + Good knowledge of English to read technical documentation and communicate freely + Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position + Higher technical education in occupational health and safety/environmental protection/environmental engineering/fire protection or related and postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety + Knowledge of legal requirements for occupational health and safety, fire safety and environmental protection + Practical knowledge and skills in risk assessment methods + Practical knowledge of process safety + Practical knowledge of fire protection, in particular ATEX-related processes Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
